About Residely

The intelligent platform every homeowner deserves — so your most valuable asset is never left to chance.

Our vision

A home is most people's single biggest asset, yet most of us manage it worse than we'd manage a used car — no service history, no maintenance schedule, no warning before something expensive breaks. We're building the system of record that fixes that: a complete home history, maintenance guidance specific to your house, and reminders that show up before a small problem becomes a big one.

The bigger opportunity is what becomes possible once enough homeowners in the same area are using it. Service providers currently have the upper hand — they know what a job should cost, and you usually don't, so you're stuck taking their word for it or burning a weekend on five quotes just to find a fair price. Your neighbors already have this information; it's just never been organized. As Residely scales, we're building toward anonymized, aggregated local cost data and real connections to service providers your neighbors have actually used — giving homeowners the same information providers have always had.

Everything starts from the same place: the real pain points homeowners have with maintaining their home, and building the thing that actually solves them.

Why we started

Residely started from a personal problem: I wanted a Carfax for my own home — one place that tracks every repair, appliance, and project, tells me what's due next specific to my house, and reminds me automatically instead of me trying to remember. I couldn't find anything that did this well, so I built it. What started as a personal tool is now something we're building for every homeowner who's ever lost track of a warranty or found out too late that something needed attention.

Where we are today

We're a small, early team building Residely from the ground up — currently in closed testing on Android, with iOS on the way. If that's the kind of thing you'd want to help build, see our careers page.
