How do I get Plus or Premium?
In the Residely app: open Profile and tap Your Plan. On Android, Google Play handles the payment. Plans on iPhone are coming soon. A plan bought on Android already covers your household on every device, iPhones included.
Does one plan cover my whole household?
Yes. A plan belongs to the household, so everyone you have invited gets its limits. Only the household owner can start, change or cancel it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in your Google Play account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free.
What happens to my records if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your records, cues, documents and history all stay. If you are over a Free limit, you cannot add more of that item until you are back under it or subscribe again.
Can I switch between plans?
You can move up a plan, or from monthly to annual, in the app at any time. To move down, cancel in your store account: you keep what you have paid for until the period ends, then choose any plan you like.

The prices on this page are in US dollars. Your app store shows the price in your own currency, including any tax, before you buy.
